Foothill Ranch is a master-planned community within Lake Forest — and because its residents plan parties by the community's name rather than the city's, it gets its own page. Life here runs through the community clubhouses, Foothill Ranch Community Park, and backyards backing up to Whiting Ranch. Orange County Party Rentals delivers to Foothill Ranch from our Rancho Santa Margarita warehouse, about 7 miles away.
Every Foothill Ranch address is inside our 30-mile delivery area, which means no minimum order for delivery. Delivery starts at $65, and same-day and after-hours delivery and pick-up are available when the schedule permits.
What we deliver to Foothill Ranch
Clubhouse events are the staple here: round and rectangular tables, resin or wooden chairs, and linens that turn a multi-purpose room into an actual party space. Our checkered dance floors are booked regularly for clubhouse weddings, milestone birthdays, and school celebrations, and adding a bar and lounge furniture gives guests somewhere to gather beyond the tables.
For events at Foothill Ranch Community Park and backyard parties near the Whiting Ranch trailheads — and in neighboring Baker Ranch and Portola Hills — the standard order is farm tables, a tent or canopy for shade, heaters for the evening, and complete tableware so the kitchen stays out of it. Most community clubhouses run on reservation windows with firm set-up times; tell us yours when you book and we will plan delivery and pick-up around them. Set-up and breakdown can be added when booked in advance, and fuller event services start at $250.

Why Foothill Ranch hosts choose us
Proximity is the headline: at about 7 miles, Foothill Ranch is one of the shortest runs we make, and our ratings — 4.8 stars from 70 Google reviews and 4.5 stars from 63 Yelp reviews — were built on exactly this kind of neighborhood work. Will-call is genuinely easy from here: our warehouse at 22566 Avenida Empresa in Rancho Santa Margarita is open Monday–Friday 9 AM–4 PM and Saturday 9 AM–12 PM for pick-up and drop-off, and the showroom runs on the same hours if you want to pick chairs and linens in person. Owner Jaqueline Parent is personally involved in the events we supply, so nothing gets lost between the quote and the truck.
Foothill Ranch FAQ
Is there a minimum order for delivery to Foothill Ranch?
No minimum at all. Foothill Ranch is about 7 miles from our warehouse, well inside our 30-mile no-minimum delivery area. Delivery starts at $65.
Foothill Ranch is part of Lake Forest — does that change anything?
No. Delivery pricing and the no-minimum policy are exactly the same. This page simply exists because Foothill Ranch residents search and plan by the community name.
Do you work within clubhouse reservation windows?
Yes. Community clubhouses usually have strict set-up and clean-out times. Give us your reserved window when you book and we will schedule delivery, set-up if you have added it, and pick-up to fit it.
Can you deliver to Foothill Ranch Community Park?
Yes. Park events work well with tents, tables, and resin seating. Check your permit's load-in rules and pass them along when you reserve so we plan the route correctly.
