Mission Viejo is our closest neighbor — about 6 miles from our Rancho Santa Margarita warehouse — and it is one of the most event-friendly cities we serve. Between Lake Mission Viejo clubhouses, golf course weddings, and the terraced backyards of Aegean Hills and Painted Trails, there is a party happening somewhere in the city every weekend. Orange County Party Rentals is set up to supply all of them.
There is no minimum order for delivery anywhere in Mission Viejo, because the city sits well inside our 30-mile delivery area. Delivery starts at $65, and with the warehouse this close, same-day and after-hours delivery and pick-up are often possible when something comes up last minute.
What we deliver to Mission Viejo
Weddings and receptions at Oso Creek Golf Course, Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club, and Mission Viejo Country Club usually start with farm tables or classic round banquet tables, wooden or resin chairs, and full linen and tableware packages — glassware, flatware, and china included. Our checkered dance floors are a regular request for golf club ballrooms and clubhouse patios alike.
For home events in Casta del Sol, Palmia, and the neighborhoods around the lake, popular orders are simpler: extra seating, rectangular tables for buffet lines, tents and canopies for shade, and heaters once the sun drops. Lake clubhouse events often add lounge furniture and a bar so guests can spread out between the patio and the lawn. If you do not want to move any of it yourself, set-up and breakdown can be arranged in advance, and planning help is available from $250 if you want a hand pulling the whole event together.

Why Mission Viejo hosts choose us
Proximity helps — we are 4.8 stars from 70 Google reviews and 4.5 stars from 63 Yelp reviews, and many of those events were right here in Mission Viejo. Being based in Rancho Santa Margarita also means will-call is genuinely convenient: pick up and drop off at 22566 Avenida Empresa, Monday–Friday 9 AM–4 PM and Saturday 9 AM–12 PM, or come browse the showroom during the same hours and choose your chairs and linens in person. Owner Jaqueline Parent stays personally involved, so the person you talk to is the person who cares how your event turns out.
Mission Viejo FAQ
How much is delivery to Mission Viejo?
Delivery starts at $65, and there is no minimum order — Mission Viejo is about 6 miles from our warehouse, well within our 30-mile no-minimum area.
Can you deliver to Lake Mission Viejo clubhouses and golf courses?
Yes, we regularly deliver to clubhouses and to venues including Oso Creek Golf Course, Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club, and Mission Viejo Country Club. Share your venue's delivery window when you book and we will build the schedule around it.
What if I need something last minute?
Call us. Same-day and after-hours delivery and pick-up are available when inventory allows, and our short drive from RSM makes Mission Viejo one of the easiest cities for us to help on short notice.
Is will-call worth it for a small order?
Often, yes. For a few tables or chairs, will-call pick-up at our RSM warehouse saves the delivery fee entirely. Just note that will-call is closed Sundays, so Sunday events use Saturday pick-up and Monday return.
